With every passing year, we experience changes in our lives that shape us but also help us grow.

The question that often crosses my mind as I face life’s challenges and am shaped by countless experiences:
Am I becoming harder?
Harder on myself?
On others?
Do the difficulties we’ve gone through turn us into shadows of our former selves?
What about our empathy?
Are we losing the ability to understand and empathize with the feelings and struggles of others as we lose ourselves in our own world?
The song came to me after I walked through a thunderstorm one summer.
It was an experience that engaged all my senses.
That incredibly beautiful scent.
That crisp air.
I felt alive as the raindrops pelted my skin and the fresh, clean air filled my lungs.
Come, let the sun shine into your heart and let the light dispel every shadow that has taken root in your life.
Life is so beautiful, full of colors and possibilities.
Don’t forget to enjoy it and appreciate the little joys of everyday life.

Do you know the song “Tubular Bells” by Mike Oldfield?
When I was younger, I was a huge fan of Mike Oldfield.
I loved his songs, and his music was a constant source of inspiration for me.
Whenever a new LP of his came out, I could hardly wait to listen to it and enjoy all the songs on it.
If I couldn’t afford it, I’d have to settle for a radio broadcast—I still remember listening spellbound for hours to the DJ’s voice, hoping he’d play one of his songs.
This song is meant to be a tribute to this wonderful artist, whose creative energy and extraordinary talent also had a profound impact on me.
I am very grateful for the music he created and the memories I associate with it. Thank you for that.

I feel like she wants to destroy me because she manages to penetrate my thoughts and makes me feel worthless.
With everything they do, with all their behavior, which I’ve experienced so often.
They, who constantly hurt me, yet at the same time followed me like a shadow.
Who made it clear to me that I’m nothing but trash in their eyes, a mere existence that, at best, should be ignored.

There’s no need to have any contact with me; there’s no need to hear my voice.
