2. Rights of users and data subjects

With regard to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right

to confirmation as to whether the data in question is being processed, to information about the data processed, to further information about the data processing and to copies of the data (see also Art. 15 GDPR);

to correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR);

to immediate deletion of the data concerning them (see also Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, if further processing is required in accordance with Art. 17 Para. 3 GDPR, to restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR;

to receive the data concerning them and provided by them and to transmit this data to other providers/persons responsible (see also Art. 20 GDPR);

to complain to the supervisory authority if they believe that the data concerning them is being processed by the provider in violation of data protection regulations (see also Art. 77 GDPR).

In addition, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the provider of any correction or deletion of data or the restriction of processing that takes place on the basis of Articles 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if this notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

Users and data subjects also have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purposes of direct advertising is permissible.

3. Information on data processing

The data you process when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, there are no statutory retention periods that prevent the deletion of the data and no other information is given below regarding individual processing procedures.

Hostinger

This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on Hostinger's servers. This can primarily include IP addresses, meta and communication data, website access and other data generated via a website.

External hosting is carried out in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing will be carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Section 25 Para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. The consent can be revoked at any time.

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its service obligations and will follow our instructions with regard to this data.
