and dedicated to my son for his birthday.

Sometimes the world around us seems to have stopped turning.
It's as if time stands still.
Every day feels like an endless struggle
in which nothing seems to be moving forward.
Patience is key,
and sometimes waiting for change is the first step
toward a better future.
Inside Me invites you to delve into the depths of your emotions.
The song is intended to reveal the complexity
of the human state of mind.
Sometimes pain can be so deep within you
that it becomes embedded in your soul.
It's like a shadow that constantly accompanies you,
even in your brightest moments.
It's as if an invisible gap opens between your inner self
and the world around you.
But amidst the darkness, there is often hope.
If you accept the pain and don't suppress it,
you may be able to take the first step toward healing.
Sometimes you feel the coldness of those around you,
freezing you and enveloping you in an icy silence.
This emotional distance crushes you
as you try to find warmth and closeness.
The frosty stares and dismissive gestures
seem to stand like an invisible shield between you and the world.
You wonder if it's you or if time has hardened people's hearts.
You burned a deep hole in my soul.
My heart, once full of joy and hope, now feels heavy and broken.
You simply took it from me.
It's as if a part of me was lost in the process.
I look out my window and watch the raindrops slowly fall.
Each drop reminds me of the sadness
that relentlessly reaches my heart.
It's as if the falling drops are taking all hope with them
and pulling me down into a vortex of sadness from which I can't escape.
The song was written at a time
when many people had lost their lives to COVID.
Many had lost a loved one.
When there was no chance to accompany these people in their final, difficult hours.
We could only be with the deceased in our thoughts
and keep their memories in our hearts,
while the tears flowed incessantly.
In a world that often seems overwhelming and confusing, many people struggle to find their place in society.
The question "Where do I belong?" preoccupies many, especially in times of change.
The search for identity and belonging is a fundamental human experience that can become even more intense at different stages of life.
Be it due to cultural differences, social expectations, or personal insecurities - the challenges are diverse.
It is important to create spaces where people feel comfortable, understood, and have the opportunity to express themselves authentically.
In the darkness and coldness of this world, where many religions proclaim their teachings, one reminder remains: Shouldn't it be love that they preach?
Love connects us, holds us, and sustains us.
While we are often entangled in dogma and tradition, we forget that it is human connection that illuminates our existence.
Every conflict, every division, often stems from a lack of understanding and empathy.
Let us therefore come together to speak the universal language of love, which transcends boundaries and opens hearts.

A long time ago, I swore to myself that I would never cry again.
I wanted to be strong, unshakeable in the face of life's challenges, no matter what came my way.
But I also had to realize that sometimes it's necessary to let the tears flow in order to process the pain and heal.

In silent remembrance of someone I will never see again, my thoughts wander through the unforgettable moments of the past.
These memories are like images before my eyes, bringing back times gone by.
It is a comfort to know that these moments are forever a part of me.

I'm absolutely certain that moment will come.
Perhaps we'll reminisce about our shared memories, the long conversations and the laughter that bound us together.
The world is full of coincidences and surprising twists and turns, and I firmly believe that one day we'll meet.
No matter where or how, the anticipation of our reunion fills me with hope and joy.
In my mind, I imagine us smiling at each other and time standing still for a moment.
It's hard to believe how quickly time has passed – it seems as if you were just born.
You are a wonderful gift that has enriched my life.
